Julia Stutz Joins Trilon Group as SVP Legal & Risk, General Counsel

Denver, CO – Trilon Group (Trilon) announced today that it has appointed Julia Stutz as its Senior Vice President Legal & Risk, General Counsel. Stutz will support Trilon’s growth by bringing a well-balanced and commercially oriented approach to risk and reward.

Trilon was formed with the vision of building the next Top 20 design firm in North America by bringing together some of the nation’s best infrastructure consulting firms, focused on delivering practical and sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Stutz brings more than 20 years of legal and managerial experience. Prior to joining Trilon, Julia was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Cardno, a global engineering and environmental firm previously listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (CDD), up to and through its acquisition and integration of Cardno into Stantec.  She serves as a Director, leads the Chief Legal Officer Practice group and acts as the Legal Operations Committee Chair for the Colorado Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.  Julia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, Juris Doctorate and LL.M in the Laws of Taxation from the University of Denver.
