Emad is the President of Trilon Water and Municipal. For over 30 years, Emad served as principal-in-charge, project manager, and senior project manager of the planning, design and construction review and management of numerous infrastructure projects for a total value of over $2 billion, both domestically and internationally. Emad has an entrepreneurial spirit and has served in executive and senior-level positions for the last twenty years. He has also served on a number of boards of directors of business and non-profit organizations. Emad enjoys the development of strategic direction of firms that allow businesses to grow and diversify. Emad is also passionate about advocating for world peace through security through education, cultural exchange, and trade. This is one of the reasons he co-founded the International Museum of Muslim Cultures in Jackson, Mississippi which is the first Islamic History and Culture Museum in the US.

Prior to joining Trilon, Michael worked at AECOM, leading Strategy & Growth for the Americas and running a 350-person, West Region AEC services business. He was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, from 2009 to 2014. He is currently a Director of non-profit A Place Called Home. Michael graduated with honors from Harvard and earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Charul Doshi is the Chief Financial Officer of Trilon Inc and is responsible for all finance areas.

Prior to this role, Charul spent ten years in finance and investor relations leadership roles at Lumen Technologies and most recently served as Director of Corporate Finance. During her tenure, Charul was instrumental in transforming core finance processes of forecasting and budgeting and responsible for capital markets planning, financial reporting, Board of Directors financial updates along with other special projects. Charul has held roles in Private Equity and early-stage Venture Capital areas and has additional experience in building a medium sized technology business.

Charul received her Bachelors in Engineering degree from Mumbai University and her MBA from University of Colorado at Boulder.

Iris started her accounting career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. During her auditor days, Iris quickly grew into a professional who was able to apply accounting expertise in complex transactions, including software revenue recognition, and M&A, while learning accounting processes and operations in a variety of business structures and industries, such as technology, provider care, investment fund, biotech, and pharmaceuticals. After public accounting, Iris joined the Corporate Revenue team at Trimble, Inc. where she developed leadership skills and built strong partnership cross-functionally with finance, legal, sales, product management and corporate development to not only establish processes to be US GAAP and internal control compliant, but also achieving strategic objectives effectively. In the past seven years, she served in various capacity, including Director of Revenue Accounting and Revenue Consultant, with three S&P 500 companies.

He has over 28 years of experience with CPH designing and managing projects for local, national and municipal clients.  PJ has served as the program lead for several national commercial programs having projects throughout the eastern US and Puerto Rico.  In addition to his design and program management experience, PJ has served in several executive roles at CPH including Vice President, Sr. Vice President, Executive Vice President, and as a member of CPH’s Board of Directors for over 15 years.
