Prior to this role, Charul spent ten years in finance and investor relations leadership roles at Lumen Technologies and most recently served as Director of Corporate Finance. During her tenure, Charul was instrumental in transforming core finance processes of forecasting and budgeting and responsible for capital markets planning, financial reporting, Board of Directors financial updates along with other special projects. Charul has held roles in Private Equity and early-stage Venture Capital areas and has additional experience in building a medium sized technology business.

Charul received her Bachelors in Engineering degree from Mumbai University and her MBA from University of Colorado at Boulder.

Prior to joining Trilon, Patti worked for Charles Schwab where she led the enterprise expense team focusing on many accounting/finance aspects of the company and was involved in the largest investment industry merger with TD Ameritrade.  Patti has extensive experience in various facets of accounting working with several companies such as tw telecom, Inc., HomeAmerican Mortgage, Western Stone & Metal, WJ Bradley Merchant Partners, and CoBank. Patti has a B.S. in Accounting and education with the Harvard online program concentrating on business leadership.

Prior to joining Trilon, Oinatz was the Chief Financial Officer for Magswitch Technology, a global industrial automation technology manufacturer, where he was responsible for all the finance functions globally. Oinatz earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Her journey began in retail banking, transitioned into mortgage processing, and eventually led her to thrive in the A&E sector. With a diverse skill set, Devin excels in efficiency, adaptability, and creativity, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards. She views accounting as a puzzle, adept at finding missing pieces and ensuring everything aligns seamlessly. Outside of work, Devin enjoys playing volleyball with friends and cherishing moments with her family.

Meagan is the Benefits & HRIS Specialist at Trilon. Prior to joining Trilon, Meagan has had a diverse range of experiences in the HR space. She has worked in payroll and benefits, as an HR Generalist for a medical device startup company, and as an HRIS Analyst.

In addition, Meagan holds her B.S. in Psychology from Colorado State University and her M.S. in Strategic Human Resources from University of Denver.

Prior to joining Trilon, Jake worked in private equity at Excellere Partners, serving as a member of both the Business Services and Healthcare investment teams. Prior to Excellere, he worked in investment banking at Lazard. Jake earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Dixon is an associate on the corporate development team at Trilon Group, where he supports the firm’s continued growth through strategic M&A. Prior to joining Trilon, Dixon partnered with Fortune 100 businesses to execute strategic government affairs efforts and previously served as an aide in the U.S. Senate, where he advised on infrastructure, finance, and economic development policy. He began his professional career in public relations, holding a client-facing operations and strategy role at a high-growth firm in the Washington, DC area. Dixon studied Economics and Public Policy at the George Washington University and is also an alumnus of the London School of Economics, where he studied Management and International Relations.

Jim is the Director of M&A Integration at Trilon where he integrates the financial processes, systems, and accounting practices related to our new business partners.  Prior to Trilon, Jim held various accounting and financial planning & analysis positions in both manufacturing and services environments at General Electric, Johns Manville, Covidien, and Medtronic.  Most recently, Jim served as the Director of M&A for Safebuilt, a private equity-backed provider of community development services, where he led the integration of numerous acquisitions .  Jim received his Bachelor’s in Finance from Boston College and is an alumni of General Electric’s Financial Management Program.  In his free time, he enjoys skiing, camping, and scuba diving.
