Our Team

Skylar is the Strategy and Growth Business Analyst at Trilon. She previously worked at Arrow Electronics as a Data Analyst for the Corporate Audit team. During her time, she analyzed complex datasets and provided valuable insights to enhance internal controls and financial reporting. She was also part of Arrow’s ECS North America Marketing where she ran internal communications and delivered B2B advertising. Skylar received her Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and minored in Financial Analytics

Adam is the Vice President of Real Estate where he focuses on developing a portfolio of offices that support the people-first culture for Trilon’s partner firms. He brings a wealth of experience in strategic growth initiatives, real estate portfolio management & optimization, and lease administration to Trilon, most recently leading the growth and management of the nation’s largest restorative dental provider. .

James is a Senior Accountant in Mergers and Acquisitions for the Trilon Group. James is a Colorado CPA and prior to Trilon, James worked for CBIZ and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked in construction and financial services. James received his bachelor’s from the University of Denver..

Anna is Mick Renshaw’s Executive Assistant and the Office Manager for Trilon’s Denver headquarters. Prior to joining Trilon, Anna lived abroad for four years in the Middle East and Europe, working as an EA.  She has over 7 years of experience in high-level administrative support to senior executives.  Anna has a proven track record in managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, handling confidential information, facilitating efficient office operations, and promoting a positive company culture.  She enjoys riding dressage, traveling, and hiking in her free time.

Bob is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where he supports Trilon’s growth while focusing on cultural stewardship, talent acquisition, development, employee engagement, and total rewards.  Prior to joining Trilon, Bob was the Chief People Officer for Brown and Caldwell, an ENR top ranked firm focused on water engineering and consulting.  Bob has a passion for helping individuals and teams achieve their greatest potential and ambitions.  He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from SUNY Buffalo and a master’s degree in Organizational Development from Canisius College.     

Brandy Claar is the Senior Financial Systems Manager. Brandy is excited to bring over 20 years of A&E industry experience and extensive background in project management, training and system implementation to the Systems Integration Team.

Griffin is an Analyst, Commercial Development on the corporate development team. He supports our leadership team in identifying and recruiting top infrastructure consulting firms to join the Trilon Group family of companies. Griffin graduated with honors from Cornell University, where he studied Applied Economics & Management.

Michael is Trilon’s Chief Strategy Officer. His expertise is in strategic growth, M&A, and operational performance. His passion is bringing together high-performing teams to solve complex projects. Prior to joining Trilon, Michael worked at AECOM, leading Strategy & Growth for the Americas and running a 350-person, West Region AEC services business. He was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, from 2009 to 2014. He is currently a Director of non-profit A Place Called Home. Michael graduated with honors from Harvard and earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Charul Doshi is the Chief Financial Officer of Trilon Inc and is responsible for all finance areas.

Prior to this role, Charul spent ten years in finance and investor relations leadership roles at Lumen Technologies and most recently served as Director of Corporate Finance. During her tenure, Charul was instrumental in transforming core finance processes of forecasting and budgeting and responsible for capital markets planning, financial reporting, Board of Directors financial updates along with other special projects. Charul has held roles in Private Equity and early-stage Venture Capital areas and has additional experience in building a medium sized technology business.

Charul received her Bachelors in Engineering degree from Mumbai University and her MBA from University of Colorado at Boulder.

David is the Chief Information Officer for Trilon, leading our technology strategy to enhance client service, improve operational efficiency, and drive growth through digital innovation. With a successful background at Amazon Web Services as a global industry leader and as a former Chief Information Officer at AECOM, David brings a wealth of experience in leading teams to modernize with technology and deliver digital solutions. He is dedicated to inspiring our people to dream big, unleash their potential, and excel in the ever-evolving world of technology and innovation.

Reed is the Finance Manager at Trilon, where he will support Trilon’s financial strategy through modeling, planning, and analysis. Prior to Trilon, Reed worked in various finance roles at Lumen Technologies, Intuitive Private Equity, Cargill, and Wells Fargo where he specialized in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis. He has Private Equity and Venture Capital experience, having been involved in the investment and portfolio management of early-stage technology companies. Reed received his Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and his MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Kaity Frank is the Director of Legal Operations. She is focused on implementing processes and building systems to create efficiency throughout the company. She is excited to use her knowledge and experience to offer support to portfolio firms and sustain Trilon’s growth. Previously, Kaity served as Senior Paralegal at Cardno and continued this position after the transition into Stantec.  Kaity is a Notary Public in Colorado. She received her Bachelor’s in Marketing and Public Relations from Kansas State University and her Paralegal Certificate from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Brittney is the Director of HR Technology and Payroll for Trilon. Her extensive knowledge in Human Capital Management ensures all Trilon partners are aligned with industry standards to properly support the organization’s growth. Prior to joining Trilon, she worked at ADP designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise HCM solutions. Brittney received her Bachelor of Science from University of Phoenix and has completed various certifications in Payroll and Project Management. 

Julia is an analyst on the corporate development team at the Trilon Group. She will be supporting Trilon’s investment in community and infrastructure solutions through targeted M&A. She has worked post-grad in litigation consulting and investment banking. Julia graduated from Miami University with a major in Finance and a minor in Philosophy & Law

Johnny leads our Commercial Development practice where he is tasked with identifying and recruiting top infrastructure consulting firms to join the Trilon Group family of companies. Prior to joining Trilon, Johnny spent several years working for SPS Commerce (NASDAQ: SPSC) and what is now Piper Sandler (NYSE: PIPR), holding various roles in both Sales and Finance. Johnny graduated with honors from the University of St. Thomas, where he studied Finance.

Julie serves as the Executive Recruiter driving the growth of Trilon’s corporate team. Before joining Trilon, she excelled as a Senior Manager of Recruiting at Wayfair, where she led all commercial hiring efforts across North America. With over a decade of experience in both agency and corporate recruiting, Julie has supported a wide range of industries, focusing on senior and executive-level placements. Beyond recruiting, Julie is passionate about organizational design, equitable sourcing and hiring practices, and nurturing a positive team culture. She holds a degree in Communication from the University of Indianapolis, which underpins her contributions to various corporate strategy initiatives.

Bianca is the Director of Strategy and Growth where she will help drive Trilon’s strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Trilon, she was an investment banker at Piper Sandler. She specialized in creating unique financing structures, in partnership with local governments and real estate developers, to fund public infrastructure for growing communities. She holds an undergraduate degree with a double emphasis in finance and human resource management from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from Purdue University

Samantha is an Analyst, Commercial Development the corporate development team. She studied Economics and Finance at Utah State University and currently works with the Trilon team to identify and recruit exceptional infrastructure consulting firms to join the Trilon Group

Henry is the System Architect who will design and implement a cloud-first infrastructure to support Trilon’s financial system integration business objective. As an AWS Certified professional with proven expertise in transforming traditional IT infrastructure into scalable and flexible cloud systems, he has previously helped organizations integrate disparate systems into one scalable solution within the scheduled timeline and budget. Henry received his bachelor’s degree in computer information technology from Southern New Hampshire University

Michael, Director of IT Integration at Trilon, spearheads the smooth and efficient integration of new companies into the Trilon family. He brings a wealth of experience tackling complex challenges, having honed his skills across diverse environments- from large enterprises like Lockheed Martin to agile startups where resourcefulness was key. This experience empowers him to implement innovative solutions that streamline operations and deliver cost savings for Trilon.

Christie is the Vice President of Risk. She is focused on working collaboratively with internal and external networks to deliver the strategy for managing and mitigating the company’s risk profile. Christie has over 10 years of professional experience in risk related roles, a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Southern Queensland, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology, and is admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland, Australia.

Pierce is Vice President, Corporate Development, and is responsible for evaluating and executing upon Trilon’s strategic M&A strategy. Prior to joining Trilon, Pierce was an Associate at GLC Advisors, where he specialized in sell-side M&A advisory for software and services based businesses. Pierce studied Economics at Colorado College where he graduated with distinction.

Dean is the President / CEO of The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc.  He served in many leadership positions during his 35+ years with firm, influencing consistent growth, strategy and operations.  Dean drove the environmental practice during transformative years, including a start-up company that later merged into MSG.  Dean’s prior role as COO and Board Chair influenced his perspectives on how to lead a technical service organization with focus on clients and employees.  Dean graduated in civil engineering from the University of Toledo.  He served as an officer in multiple technical organizations and Boards, including the Rotary Club of Toledo.

Kate is the Vice President of Total Rewards for Trilon, where she works to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs for the organization.  Kate has deep experience in the design and administration of rewards programs, most recently as a Consultant with Aon’s Human Capital Solutions practice, where she advised companies on compensation and job family design matters.  She is excited to collaborate with counterparts across the organization and leverage her experience to support the organization’s growth.  Kate received her Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Minnesota.

Bryan is Vice President, Treasury and Capital Markets. In this capacity, Bryan is responsible for capital structure and compliance, treasury operations, and financial risk management activities. Bryan leads the treasury transformation within the company to develop and execute on strategies that support Trilon’s growth.

Prior to joining Trilon, Bryan worked in various Treasury and Finance functions at Hitachi Vantara, Gates Industrial Corporation, and Cognizant Technology Solutions. He has experience with all sizes of M&A and stages of private equity ownership. Bryan graduation from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a double major in Finance and Economics where he continues to serve as a professional mentor to undergraduates.

Jessica is the Director of Procurement where she leads the strategic purchasing processes and programs across the Trilon family of companies. Prior to joining the Trilon Group, Jessica spent nearly a decade in trajectory roles supporting numerous business units and managing company spend categories first in the mountain resort industry with Vail Resorts Management Co and most recently in high tech with VMware. Jessica received her Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University, and has completed various trainings, certifications and licenses in Real Estate, Supply Chain, Travel and Project Management.

Jacob is the Director of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) who supports the Risk and Legal team through the development of HSE strategy. Jacob focuses on driving continuous improvement through collaboration, by leveraging knowledge and experience within the Trilon family of companies to develop policies and programs that improve and grow our HSE culture. Prior to joining Trilon, Jacob worked in the energy industry in various health, safety, environmental, and regulatory roles including Director of Regulatory, Compliance, ESG and HSE for Cowboy Clean Fuels; a company that focused on renewable natural gas and carbon sequestration. He is a natural leader and collaborator that has a passion for seeing others succeed. Jacob holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Wyoming.

Jacques is a Vice President of Corporate Development, where he is focused on executing upon Trilon’s M&A strategy to grow the portfolio of infrastructure consulting firms. Prior to joining Trilon, Jacques worked at a healthcare private equity firm, TT Capital Partners, where he was focused on executing and managing healthcare services investments. Prior to TTCP, he worked in investment banking at Lazard as a member of the business services team. Jacques studied finance at the University of St. Thomas (MN) where he graduated with distinction.

Michael is Chief Executive of Trilon and is a driving force behind our vision of building an enduring business in this sector. Michael was the Chief Growth Officer at AECOM a world leader in infrastructure consulting. He was the CEO of Cardno, an engineering and environmental firm previously listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (CDD). He is an Independent Director of Opteon (property appraisal) and was an Independent Director on Nasdaq listed NV5 (NVEE). Michael graduated with honors from Central Queensland University and attended Harvard Business School advanced management program.

Sarah is the Benefits Director at Trilon, where she is responsible for the design and administration of all benefits programs ensuring delivery. Prior to joining Trilon, Sarah managed compensation and benefits for Arrow Electronics and advised clients as consultant at Aon. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. 

Daniel is the Head of Enterprise Data and Solutions Architecture, shaping Trilon’s data and solutions architecture strategy to support growth and efficiency. He brings extensive expertise in building and transforming complex systems across diverse industries. His passion is building seamless systems that empower users, leverage data as a strategic asset, and deliver insights that inspire innovation.

Robin has spent 25+ years in accounting and finance primarily in the financial services industry. Most of her career involved managing accounting/finance teams and implementing policies/procedures to ensure accurate reporting and a timely monthly close. Her last role was leading Mergers & Acquisitions for IHS Markit who recently merged with S&P Global. Robin was leading all the teams through financial system integrations, standardizing accounting processes, operationalizing transitional service agreements, and partnering with the Treasury, Tax and Accounts Receivable teams on special projects to create efficiencies within the organization. Robin has her undergraduate degree in Accounting, MBA with an emphasis in Accounting and is an active Colorado CPA.

Ted is on the investing team at Alpine. Prior to Alpine, Ted studied Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia as a Jefferson Scholar and graduated with highest honors.

Tracie is the Vice President of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness for Trilon, supporting the Transportation and Community Platform to deliver “people first” talent programs for our leaders and team members across the organization.   Tracie brings 25+ years of human resources experience to Trilon, serving most of those years at DRMP, a leading firm in the A/E/C industry and a Trilon family company.  She developed DRMP’s human resources practices and implement a culture focused on the employee experience.  Tracie is a SHRM Certified HR Professional and a certified Professional in Human Resources from Human Resource Certification Institute.   She and her husband love to travel and at home spend family time with their three daughters, their husbands and 5 grandchildren. 

David is a Finance Manager at Trilon, where he will support Trilon’s financial strategy through modeling, planning, and analysis. Prior to joining Trilon, David spent almost four years at KPMG where he spent a year in the Audit practice before transitioning to a role in the Deal Advisory practice, where he spent the rest of his time at KPMG. David received his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master in Professional Accounting degrees from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. David is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado.

Dan is a partner at Alpine and both oversees the sourcing team and co-leads Alpine’s business services and online investing team. Prior to joining Alpine in 2002, Dan graduated with honors from Dartmouth College and went on to direct the successful turn-around of an Alpine portfolio company. Apart from a two year period investing on behalf of a family office based in Hong Kong, Dan has spent his career with Alpine.

Amanda is the Vice President of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness for Trilon, where she is focused on delivering world-class talent programs and projects across the organization. Amanda has extensive experience in talent acquisition, talent development, culture, comp and benefits, change management and communication, and organizational transitions.  Before joining Trilon, Amanda was the VP of People for The Collective, an integrated behavioral healthcare company, an HR Consultant for many different industries, and led the HR function for the hospitality and real estate divisions at Vail Resorts.  She couldn’t be more excited to be a part of an organization, Trilon, that values People First!

Amanda currently serves on the employer advisory council for Thrive Colorado. She graduated from the University of Illinois where she received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She loves spending time with her husband and two children, playing tennis, skiing, and camping.

Tom is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. In this role, Tom is focused on growing the Trilon Group’s portfolio of infrastructure consulting firms through targeted M&A. Prior to joining, he worked at Aether Investment Partners as an Investment Director, where he focused on private investments across infrastructure, natural resources and related sectors. Prior to joining Aether, he worked at a financial services start-up that was acquired by Envestnet, Inc. (NYSE: ENV). Tom graduated from the University of North Carolina where he studied Economics. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.

Larry is the President of Trilon Transportation. His background in civil engineering spans over 30 years having started in stormwater engineering and expanding his knowledge into overseeing civil engineering projects in the transportation, municipal, and Federal/Department of Defense markets. Larry has served as an executive and board director for the past 20 years. He learned early in his career that delivering projects you are proud of requires a deep understanding how that work impacts the communities you serve. Larry is focused on applying his business and engineering knowledge to support growth and opportunity for professionals in the A/E/C industry.

Thomas is Trilon’s Water and Municipal Platform Interim President responsible for supporting its continued growth. He has 20 years of experience in the water industry leading design projects for clients around the world.  Prior to joining Trilon, Thomas was Vice President and Senior Director, Strategic Projects with Brown and Caldwell. There he led the Data Center & Mission Critical and Chemicals & Energy market sectors. Thomas graduated with high honors from Vanderbilt University and has an MS in environmental engineering from Auburn University.  

Peter-John (PJ) is the President/CEO of CPH, LLC.  PJ graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering. He has over 28 years of experience with CPH designing and managing projects for local, national and municipal clients.  PJ has served as the program lead for several national commercial programs having projects throughout the eastern US and Puerto Rico.  In addition to his design and program management experience, PJ has served in several executive roles at CPH including Vice President, Sr. Vice President, Executive Vice President, and as a member of CPH’s Board of Directors for over 15 years.  

Jamie is the Executive Recruiter supporting the expansion of Trilon’s corporate team. Prior to Trilon, she spent several years in agency recruiting before pivoting into corporate where she has led and scaled teams within Wayfair, DraftKings and the Boston-based Healthcare IT company, athenahealth. She is excited to partner with Trilon’s leadership team and use her experience hiring senior and executive level talent across multiple industries to help the organization grow. Jamie received her Bachelor of Arts from Central Connecticut State University.

Patti is an Accounting Manager for the Trilon Group. Prior to joining Trilon, Patti worked for Charles Schwab where she led the enterprise expense team focusing on many accounting/finance aspects of the company and was involved in the largest investment industry merger with TD Ameritrade.  Patti has extensive experience in various facets of accounting working with several companies such as tw telecom, Inc., HomeAmerican Mortgage, Western Stone & Metal, WJ Bradley Merchant Partners, and CoBank. Patti has a B.S. in Accounting and education with the Harvard online program concentrating on business leadership.

Oinatz is the Vice President of Finance, where he supports Trilon’s growth while focusing on financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining Trilon, Oinatz was the Chief Financial Officer for Magswitch Technology, a global industrial automation technology manufacturer, where he was responsible for all the finance functions globally. Oinatz earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Devin is the Accountant at Trilon with a decade of experience in the financial industry and 6 years of in-depth Deltek expertise, she brings a wealth of experience to her role. Her journey began in retail banking, transitioned into mortgage processing, and eventually led her to thrive in the A&E sector. With a diverse skill set, Devin excels in efficiency, adaptability, and creativity, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards. She views accounting as a puzzle, adept at finding missing pieces and ensuring everything aligns seamlessly. Outside of work, Devin enjoys playing volleyball with friends and cherishing moments with her family.

Megan is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at the Trilon Group and her role is focused on building a high-performing talent acquisition function and team across all Trilon partners. Her extensive background in Talent Acquisition includes expertise in developing new recruitment strategies, business development, and marketing communications. Before joining Trilon, Megan gained valuable experience in agency recruiting, working across multiple industries. Her journey led her to DRMP, a Trilon Partner, where she took on a leadership role in recruitment, overseeing the hiring efforts for the company. Passionate about identifying, engaging, and retaining top talent, Megan is driven by a mission to make a positive impact on the surrounding communities. As a Florida native, she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida. Megan’s combination of experience, skills, and dedication positions her as a key player in shaping and enhancing the talent acquisition strategies within the Trilon organization.

Meagan is the Benefits & HRIS Specialist at Trilon. Prior to joining Trilon, Meagan has had a diverse range of experiences in the HR space. She has worked in payroll and benefits, as an HR Generalist for a medical device startup company, and as an HRIS Analyst.

In addition, Meagan holds her B.S. in Psychology from Colorado State University and her M.S. in Strategic Human Resources from University of Denver.

Jake is a Vice President of Corporate Development, where he is focused on growing Trilon’s portfolio of infrastructure consulting firms through targeted M&A. Prior to joining Trilon, Jake worked in private equity at Excellere Partners, serving as a member of both the Business Services and Healthcare investment teams. Prior to Excellere, he worked in investment banking at Lazard. Jake earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Dixon is an Analyst on the Corporate Development team at Trilon Group, where he supports the firm’s continued growth through strategic M&A. Prior to joining Trilon, Dixon contributed to government affairs efforts for Fortune 100 companies and served as an aide to a senior United States Senator, who he advised on infrastructure, finance, and economic development policy. Dixon has also held various client-facing roles at marketing and PR agencies in the DC and Denver areas. Dixon studied Economics and Public Policy at the George Washington University and is also an alumnus of the London School of Economics, where he studied Management and International Relations.

Jim is the Director of M&A Integration at Trilon where he integrates the financial processes, systems, and accounting practices related to our new business partners.  Prior to Trilon, Jim held various accounting and financial planning & analysis positions in both manufacturing and services environments at General Electric, Johns Manville, Covidien, and Medtronic.  Most recently, Jim served as the Director of M&A for Safebuilt, a private equity-backed provider of community development services, where he led the integration of numerous acquisitions .  Jim received his Bachelor’s in Finance from Boston College and is an alumni of General Electric’s Financial Management Program.  In his free time, he enjoys skiing, camping, and scuba diving.
