Denver, CO – Trilon Group (Trilon) is expanding its Human Resources team to align with its commitment to support a People First culture focused on developing exceptional people and providing extraordinary work environments and experiences in its family of companies.
Joining Trilon Group, Tracie Samillano, SHRM-SCP, PHR, will be adding her expertise as Vice President of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness representing the Transportation and Community Infrastructure Platforms within the organization. She will continue to serve as DRMP’s Chief People Officer. Megan Weston will be the Director of Talent Acquisition with responsibilities of oversight of all talent acquisition specialists for all the platforms within the family of companies. She will also remain as DRMP’s Talent Acquisition Manager.

Samillano brings 25 years of human resources experience to Trilon, serving most of those years at DRMP, a leading firm in the A/E/C industry and a Trilon family company. She helped DRMP develop its HR practices and implement a culture focused on the employee experience by offering professional development, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible work-life balance. Samillano is a SHRM Certified HR Professional and a certified Professional in Human Resources from Human Resource Certification Institute.
Weston will be directly responsible for oversight and management of the talent acquisition specialists within the family of companies aimed at recruiting talent to fill any open position. She is experienced in developing recruitment models, conducting executive searches, implementing marketing strategy and research as it pertains to attracting talent to achieve recruitment objectives. Weston has 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
