Trilon invests in talent to drive growth

San Francisco, CA – Trilon announced today that it has appointed Michael Converse as SVP Strategy and Growth to lead the firm’s focus on strategic growth markets, client engagement and high velocity M&A.

Trilon was formed with the vision of building the next Top 20 design firm in North America by partnering with a comprehensive family of planning, engineering and design businesses, focused on delivering practical and sustainable infrastructure solutions.

“We are thrilled that Michael has joined the Trilon Family. He brings a depth of experience from strategy and operations at one of the industry’s largest firms, as well as management consulting experience in business growth and M&A” said Mick Renshaw, CEO of Trilon.

“Trilon is making considerable investments in talent, technology and targeted M&A as we support our partner firms in developing talent and growing faster than their peers. We need an executive team that will help us unlock the growth potential of our partners. Michael will be a huge asset in that regard.” Mr Renshaw said.

Prior to joining Trilon, Michael worked at AECOM, leading Strategy & Growth for the Americas. He was also a Manager at Deloitte Consulting. He is currently a Director of non-profit, A Place Called Home. Michael graduated with honors from Harvard and earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

“Its an exciting time to join Trilon. With several firms expected to join the family of companies in 2022, we have a unique opportunity to help shape the strategy, direction and culture of the firm and its partners.” Michael Converse said. “The infrastructure act presents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in our industry for those willing to make the right investments in people and technology.”
